grasping at pearls with my fingertips

some goals/plans for the summer... pretty boring.
I will add more as I think of them.

I figured my lovely followers deserved an actual set, and this was a great way to procrastinate my term project even more!
 
Haven't been watching the superbowl, wooo.

Okay so this is sort of just an update... Kinda works since it's an updated picture ha.
 
My hair is ever-changing, if you've seen older pictures of me on here you'd know that. Even when I don't get a haircut it somehow changes. It's weird.
 
But anyways, I blame my inactivity on junior year. It's really difficult and agggh school's just a big fat meanie right now (to put it delicately).
 
I'm currently procrastinating studying for exams which is probably not a good call but whatever.
 
Oh so I watched Reichenbach Fall (Sherlock) and agsldjfasdjflsdk oh lord. My heart. I just can't take it!
 
But going the rest of the year without Sherlock or Doctor Who will be quite the challenge... At least I've got Merlin season 4 that's airing on SyFy (or a different channel idk I have it DVR'd) which should help me through my nerd-withdrawals.
 
Also, I'm low-key obsessed with One Direction now...
And on Tumblr they always have these "ship" things with one of the members (I know it's weird) but when it's really late at night and I'm bored I was testing my theory that they put all Asian girls with Zayn... And lo and behold, I was always shipped with Zayn. I think it's pretty funny, actually.
 
Anywho, just sort of a random update if anyone cares to hear what's up with me... Also, I've been on Tumblr a lot, as in all the time, and my username is "miss-delanie" and you should follow me if you aren't already!

PLUS some things to do before I die, because I can't do all of these things yet anyways.

Except for Logan Lerman. He's the only really American one on here (Andrew Garfield's technically American but more British)... Sigh. I just like guys who have nice faces and nice dark hair. Most of them just happen to be British or Scottish. But is that really too much to ask for in a guy? No sir, it isn't.

So in 10 years I will become Darren Criss and marry Jack Harkness and have a child named Blaine Anderson who somehow looks just like Darren Criss. I will be a professional youtuber, my best friend is the TARDIS and my enemy is a silky pirate shirt.

I masochistically rewatched it last night, and while it still hurt me emotionally (again), it's still one of my favorite films.

I REALLY encourage everyone to watch it, and preferably without much context of the plot beforehand. I watched it without knowing what it was about in the slightest, and that made the movie incredible for me to experience, and even more emotional.
 
Yes, it's probably one of the saddest things I've ever seen, but it really gives you a new perspective on what second chances mean, and it emphasizes how good vs. evil is not at all black and white. It raises questions like: Should you be able forgive the sinner, no matter what their sin was? Do people deserve second chances?
 
It's honestly just a beautiful film, and seeing it a second time really let's you notice the little nuances and filmography choices.
 
Wow I'm totally geeking it out on this movie and I'm sorry. But I'm actually not sorry, because you should go out and watch this film. Unless you're sort of young, because it's definitely got loads of swearing, some violence, some sex, and really really adult themes.

Another real set! OMG. So I'm kind of obsessed with Peter Pan atm... especially the live-action one with Jeremy Sumpter but this was easier to make a set with.
